East Coker Village Hall Hire Charges
Effective from
1 January 2009
(Hire charges are reviewed every year)
Main Hall:
Regular Bookings (at least once per month) -
£9.50/hour
Casual Bookings - £14.00/hour (Casual bookings which were made before the
increase was decided will be charged at the 2008 rate)
Hire of the Main Hall can include the Dampier
Room free of charge if it has not already been booked and is requested at the
time of booking.
Dampier Room:
All bookings - £5.00/hour
All Bookings:
'Setting-up' and 'clearing-up' time must be
booked and paid for at normal rates.
All bookings subject to our 'Conditions of
Hire', see separate sheet.
33% surcharge will be added for New Years’ Eve
bookings.
Sale of Alcoholic Drinks:
A licensed bar can be arranged, for £30, only
with the franchise holder: 'The Bakers Arms' at Martock (Tel: 01935
823346). A written request stating date, time and other relevant details of the
booking must be received by the franchise holder giving at least 21 days'
notice.
Other Facilities:
Use of crockery is free (125 place settings)
Cutlery can be hired
Special stage lighting and sound equipment
can be arranged
